  • Donations: amount, currency, date (via Stripe — no banking data is stored by VERTEXLAB)
  • Chat: messages sent in rooms, associated pseudo
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (Vercel Analytics, without cookies)

Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Contract execution: processing donations via Stripe, managing user accounts and personal tiers
  • Consent: sending notification emails (welcome, donation confirmation, Brax evolution)
  • Legitimate interest: anonymous audience statistics, site security

Transfers Outside the EU

The providers listed above are located in the United States. Data transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in accordance with GDPR.

Cookies

Wyrmfund only uses:

  • Authentication cookies (Clerk) — strictly necessary for site operation
  • Language cookie — stores your language preference

No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies.

Data Retention

  • Account and pseudo: retained until account deletion
  • Donation data: 10 years (legal accounting obligations)
  • Chat messages: retained until account deletion
  • Technical logs: 12 months maximum
